ASEESA RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Aseesa, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. For any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we’ll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product.

Please see below for the terms and conditions of our exchange policies.

10-days Returns policy:

If you are not satisfied with your product, you could return it to us within 10 days of receiving the order for a refund on the full Invoice value.

We offer return shipping within the 10 days Return Policy.

Steps to initiate a return:

1. Please do share the reason of your return request.

2. Based on the returns request, we will arrange for the pick-up through Delhivery courier, “for our Quality Assurance team to inspect.”

3.To return an item, customer can write to us at cs@aseesafashion.com, once your return has gone thru Quality checks and the product is in unused condition a refund of the merchandise value will be issued to the original payment method.

Once the order has been shipped, you will not be able to request for an exchange.

The exchange, return and money back policies are subject to terms & conditions as mentioned below:

Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or usage cannot be accepted for return/ exchanges.

You will receive complimentary return shipping for all eligible products for return/money back within the 10 Days Exchange policy.

Product should be accompanied with the Original/Copy of Invoice for all returns in original package / money back within the 10 Days period.

In case of Money back, the payment shall be made through the same mode of payment as the original purchase. The refund amount will be credited to the Customer’s account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card.

In case of ‘Cash on Delivery’ orders, the refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Customer by Aseesa within ten (10) business days after the product(s) is inspected.

In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before dispatch.

For the 10 Days Exchange/Return policy, if the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then Aseesa will only refund the discounted price as per the invoice.

No exchange/return/cancellation request will be allowed after the 10 days from the date of product delivered by the courier service.

Once altered, the product is not eligible for returns/exchanges, including sleeve attachment.
